Sustainable Development Goals and Objectives

Objectives

In this strategic planning, objectives were determined that will govern the general work of AGES and strategic objectives that will help in the evaluation and monitoring at the end of the second year to verify the percentage of compliance.

General

To formulate, manage and execute integral development projects that improve the structural living conditions of the beneficiary population and thereby build a just, equitable and resilient Honduran society.

Specific

1. Manage the necessary funds for the sponsorship of 60 children to consolidate the project and increase the number of sponsored children by 20 to reach 100 children by 2025.
2. To initiate the formative process of the School for Fathers, Mothers and/or Guardians focused on the awareness of the importance of their participation in the educational process of their children. In addition, help them in acquiring new skills that will allow them to find better job options.
3. Establish strategic alliances that allow the development of basic medical, dental, nutritional and psychological evaluations to build a database with the information of each household and seek new options for assistance.
4. Build a solid technological base in the Technological Classroom and Mobile Library (ATyBM) project to strengthen the five cross-cutting areas (reading and writing, mathematics, technology, languages and art/sports) and thus ensure that all children who receive courses/workshops acquire new skills that will allow them better employment options when they join the Economically Active Population (EAP).
5. Establish solid strategic alliances that allow the consolidation of courses, workshops and training activities that position the ATyBM project as a priority for the beneficiary families so that their children can acquire new skills.
6. Armar una biblioteca con 350 libros físicos para formar en los niños beneficiados el hábito de la lectura y con esto fortalecer las habilidades de lectura, escritura, comprensión y expresión oral.
